1．概况与原理Overview and principle

DZS系列制动器(简称制动器)是在电源切断或电路故障后通过弹簧施加压力，通过摩擦而达到制动作用，为一种电磁安全制动器。

DZS series brake (the brake) isa power cut or circuit fault by spring pressure to achieve thebraking effect by friction, as a kind of electromagnetic safetybrake.

制动原理：制动器断电时，推力弹簧(7)压紧衔铁(4)，制动盘(3)被夹紧在衔铁(4)和电机端盖(1)之间，制动扭矩通过制动盘的齿圈(3)和齿轮套(6)传递到传动系统中。

Brake: The brake power, thethrust spring (7) pressed tongue (4), brake disc (3) is clamped inthe armature (4) and the Motor Cover (1) between the brake torqueby The ring gear brake disc (3) and gear sets (6) delivered to theTransmission.

电磁释放：磁轭组件(8)中的线圈通电后因磁场力的作用，衔铁(4)克服弹簧力被吸引到磁轭组件(8)，制动器被释放，制动盘(3)和齿轮套(6)能自由旋转。

Electromagnetic release: Yokecomponents (8) of the coil is powered by the role of magneticforce, armature (4) to overcome the spring force to be attracted tothe magnetic yoke component (8), the brake is released, the brakedisc (3) and Gear sets (6) can free rotation.

2．主要参数The mainparameters

3．装配条件Assembly condition

  1)电机轴相对于安装孔节距圆的偏心不能超过0.2mm。

Motor shaft relative to the eccentric mounting hole pitchcircle can not exceed 0.2mm.

  2)安装面与电机轴的跳动公差不能超过0.08mm。

     Installation of abeating with the motor shaft tolerances can not exceed0.08mm.

3)齿轮套(6)和轴配合选择要避免齿轮套(6)变形，齿轮会导致制动盘(3)卡在齿轮套(6)上，由此导致制动故障。

     Gear sets (6) and shaftwith the gear selection set to avoid (6) deformation, gear willlead to brake disc (3) card in the gear sets (6) on the resultingbrake failure.

4)制动盘(3)和制动面一定不能有油或脂。

Brake disc (3) and the brakingsurface must not have oil or grease.

  5)不允许任何增加摩擦系数的表面处理。

Does not allow any increase inthe friction coefficient of surface treatment.

4．安装Installation

  1)将齿轮套(6)安装到传动轴上，配平键(键的长度要覆盖整个齿轮套)，并轴向可靠固定。

Gear sets (6)installed on the drive shaft, with flat key (key length to coverthe entire gear set), and axial and reliable fixed.

2)将制动盘(3)装配到齿轮套(6)上，并能轴向自由滑动。

    The brake disc (3) fittedto Gear sets (8) on and can slide axially freely.

3)用安装螺钉(9)将制动器安装在电机端盖(或法兰)上，如空心螺栓(2)发生干涉，将其旋入磁轭组件(8)即可。

        Withmounting screws (9) will brake installed on the motor cover (orflange), such as hollow bolts (2) interference occurs, magneticyoke of its screw component (8) can be.

5．气隙的调整Air-gap adjustment

 1)气隙是通过安装螺钉(9)来调节的，旋紧(顺时针)时气隙渐小，反之气隙渐大。

        Air gap by Mounting screws (9) to adjust, and tighten (clockwise),the gap gradually small, otherwise large gap gradually.

  2)将空心螺栓(2)旋入磁轭组件(8)到气隙调整不干涉的位置。

        The hollow bolt (2) Screw Yoke component (8) to the gap adjustmentof non-interference position. 

3)不同型号制动器安装气隙见表1，旋动安装螺钉(9)将等同安装螺钉数量、等同表一安装气隙厚度的塞尺或未变形的金属片夹紧在磁轭组件(8)和衔铁(4)之间，塞尺的位置尽量靠近安装螺栓(9)，微微松开安装螺钉(9)，以正好抽出塞尺止(尽量少松)。

  4)将空心螺栓(2)旋出磁轭组件(8)，并锁紧在电机端盖(或法兰)上。

        Double-locking nut counterclockwise (4), reliable components fixedmagnetic yoke (6) position.

   此项操作是固定磁轭组件(8)，对制动器正常工作起非常重要的作用。

  5)用等同安装气隙厚度的塞尺测量制动器气隙，当气隙不均匀时需重新调整，按上述第3)条方法在相应气隙不正确的安装螺栓处逐个调整，直到达到标准值为止。

6．维护：须在无负载状态下进行。

    1)制动盘(3)是制动器的重要部件，坚固且耐磨，这保证了制动器很长的使用寿命。当然在工作的过程中会磨损，制动器的工作间隙随之增大，当超过**气隙时，须对其气隙进行重新调整达到安装气隙(按第5条内容调整)。

    2)当制动盘(3)磨损严重无法调整气隙或损坏就需更换，将制动器卸下取出制动盘，清洁各部件的污垢，检查摩擦面是否平行、平整，若有异常需进行修复或更换部件。

更换新的制动盘，按第4条中4)～7)重新安装制动器，并按第5条调整气隙。

    3)根据制动器的工作状态一般3至6个月应检查一次，检查包括：
