一、设备用途

NALH型移动式SF6气体回收充气装置主要用于SF6电器开关制造厂、研究所、试验站、铁路和钢铁冶炼、发电厂、送变电工程公司、超高压输变电站等供配电部门对GISSF6开关电器进行抽真空、充气、回收净化SF6气体及液化罐装贮存SF6气体。也可用于SF6开关电器产品在安装、调试及检修时使用的辅助设备，除去超标的水分、油份、尘埃等杂质，提升其绝缘性能。SF6气体回收装置的工作原理是用于主机将设备气室内的SF6气体抽出并压缩至临界压力，使其成为液体后存入贮罐中贮存。在开关室需要时，将贮罐中的气体回充到设备室内。其中还含有干燥系统、净化系统，保证回收的SF6气体中的含水量、含油量及杂质达到国家标准。同时还含有抽真空系统，保证设备中尽量不混入空气和杂质。也可用于别的气体的使用。

二、装置主要性能标

1、抽真空速率

在初压力为0.1Mpa终压力小于133pa条件下，抽真空速率为小于10m3/ h、5m3/ h。

2、充气速率

在初压力小于133pa终压力达0.8Mpa条件下，充气速率为小于10m3/ h、5 m3/ h。

3、回收速率

在初压力为0.8Mpa终压力小于100pa条件下，回收速率为2m3/h。

4、净化SF6气体纯度(质量控制)：回收后SF6气体的微量水份（气体湿度）小于50PPMm/V(体积比)，油份小于10PPMm/G(重量比)，尘埃粒径小于20µm。

5、净化SF6气体温度控制：

制冷机温度设定为0℃-20℃储液罐加热温度设定温度为100℃，活化分子筛加热温度设定为400℃。

6、装置的真空度保持：在133Pa压力下保持24h，真空度上升小于400Pa。
7、净化SF6气体湿度控制：当气源的六氟化硫气体湿度为:≥1000μL/L时，经一次回收后的气体湿度应低于:＜80μL/L。

8、**储气压力：＜4.0Mpa。

9、装置平均无故障时间≥1000h。

10、累积无故障运行时间≥5000h。

4, purification SF6 gas purity (quality control): recovery of SF6 gas trace moisture(gashumidity) is less than50PPMm / V (volume ratio), oil less than 10PPMm / G (weight ratio), dust particle size is less than 20μm.

5, purification SF6 gas temperature control:

The temperature of the refrigerating machine is set to 0C to 20C. The temperature ofthestorage tank is set to100C and the heating temperature of the activated molecular sieve is set to 400C.

6, the device to maintain the vacuum: 133Pa pressure to maintain 24h, the vacuum roselessthan 400Pa.

7, purification SF6 gas humidity control: When the gas source of sulfur hexafluoridegashumidity: ≥1000μL / L,after a recovery of the gas humidity should be less than:<80μL / L.

8, the maximum storage pressure:<4.0Mpa.

9, the average time between failures ≥1000h device.

10, cumulative trouble-free running time ≥5000h.
