Model 73

Description

    This seriesof thermometers is universally suitable for the machinery, plantand apparatus construction. Gas actuated thermometers withcapillary are used in locations which are not easily accessible andwhere  long distances have to be bridged. The stem, theprocess connection and the case of the instrument 1) are made fromstainless steel. Various insertion lengths and process connectionsare available to optimally match the requirements of each process. The thermometers have a high ingress protection of IP 65and can be used in outdoor applications even at minus temperatures.With liquid damping they are suitable for use underhigh-vibration conditions. Due to the wide variety of possibledesigns the Model 73 gas actuated thermometers can beperfectly adapted to any process connection and location. Forinstance the adjustable stem and dial version can be adjusted toalmost any angle to allow easy reading, and with the version withcontact bulb temperature measurements are possible without anycontact to the medium, even when the pipe diameter is extremelysmall. The contact bulb is intended for external mounting on pipesand tanks. When mounting thisthermometer version, it has to beensured that the contact bulb is in contact with the measuringpoint over its complete length.
