Easy Chip Disposal | |

Double Nut Ball Screws | |
LEADWELL uses only premium quality preloaded double-nutball screws. On the T / LTC Series machines each ball screw isaccurately aligned parallel to the guide ways and anchored at bothends. They are then pre-tensioned to improve machine stiffness. Therotational torque variation is inspected to guarantee anon-binding, highly accurate, and long running components. Withthis design the T-Series can exceed customer requirements foraccuracy and maximum life. | |
High Speed Linear Motion Guides (TSeries) | |
Allservo motor driven axes are mounted on precision linear bearings,which ride on hardened steel ways. Theseprecision guideways requireno adjustment, and the servo motors consume less power.With Leadwell's linear motionguides X-Axis can reach a speed of 20 m/min (787 ipm) and Z axis up to 24 m/min (945ipm). | |
