由于给料机是在动态下进行称重计量,经常地校准给料机的零点和间隔是保证其综合计量性能指标的主要方法:

★控制参数:Control parameters

          D控制模式:自动(仪表自动调节变频器)D control mode: automatic (instrument according to the target value automatically adjust the inverter)

          F控制模式:远程(DCS对仪表进行下达目标值)F control mode: remote (DCS on the instrument to release the target value)

皮带秤校准:(空载*速度皮带无跑偏)Belt scale calibration: (no load the maximum speed belt without deviation)

                             开启皮带速度稳定后,按开始键,跑完后返回。Open the belt speed is stable, press the start button, after the run back.

 

自动零点校准:运行皮带速度稳定后,按启动按钮,时间为零,按更改。 新零将自动进入仪器,然后返回运行一次。

Automatic zero calibration: After running the belt speed stable, press the start button, the time is zero, press to change. The new zero will automatically enter the instrument and then return to run once.

 

链码标定:

链码是由若干质量接近的滚轮用链板连起来的一条金属链子。试验校准时,把它放在以皮带秤称重段为中心的皮带上,一端固定。当输送机运转时,链码应在皮带上原地滚动,模拟物料在皮带上的流动,要求链码的长度要完全覆盖计量段的长度,否则会造成皮带秤的计量偏大。


启动输送机,查看链码在滚动时是否跑偏,如果跑偏停机后重新调整,也可将跑偏的一头用铁丝拉住,直到合乎要求为止。

 

链码标定的关键是量准皮带长度。否则影响日常使用计量精度

Chain code calibration:

Chain code is a number of close to the quality of the chain with a chain linked to a metal chain. When the test is calibrated, place it on a belt centered on the belt scale weighing section, with one end fixed. When the conveyor is running, the chain code should be in place on the belt to roll, simulate the flow of material on the belt, the length of the chain code to fully cover the length of the measurement section, otherwise it will cause the belt scale measurement is too large.

 

Start the conveyor, see the chain code in the rolling when the deviation, if the deviation after the shutdown to adjust, but also the deviation of the one with a wire pulled until the requirements so far.

 

The key to the calibration of the chain code is to measure the length of the belt. Otherwise affect the daily use of measurement accuracy

自动间隔校准:输入计算好的模拟载荷值:      ,铺好链码,运行皮带速度稳定后,按开始键,时间归零后按改变,新的间隔值自动输入到仪表,可返回在运行一次。

皮带秤链码校验是模拟实物校验的一种方式,毕竟和实际下料存在皮带张力,震动等等因素的误差。为了减小这样的误差我们可以修改间隔值来弥补。

把计算出新的间隔值输入到手动间隔校准里,就能达到预计的目标值流量。
