一、 模具材质及加工速度：快速模具采用铝材，硬塑，钢质，铜质通过CNC加工制成，速度快，尺寸精度高，无需按传统钢模制作流程（火花加工和装钢质模架及注塑成形）进行。一般7~15天可以完成模具制作。
二、快速模具造价低，约为钢模的1/4以下。在注塑机、热压机、CNC等设备的配合下经二次加工，可快速得到设计所需零件并可以批量生产。模具寿命：长期。
三、快速模具可胜任多种加工工艺：注塑成型，吸塑成型，压塑成型，冷压成型，浇铸成型，发泡成型等，用于成型多种不同材质的零件：工程塑料，复合材料，橡胶，发泡胶，铝合金等。
四、快速模具可用于成型：大型工程塑料壳体，复合材料层压零件，橡胶异型零件，人造石产品等，对于大尺寸零件，用量较小的各类机壳，是传统钢模的有力补充，一次投入，长期使用。
