2、机械特性 MACHINE FEATURES

1、挤出主机机台稳固，设有前后移动装置，自动上料，增加操控方便性。

2、螺杆采用特殊混炼功能及高塑化能力设计，使塑料塑化更佳，色泽均匀挤出量高。

3、液压快速自动换网，降低劳动强度，提高生产效率。

4、可选用全自动调整模头配套自动测厚调膜仪，在线自动检测薄膜厚度，自动调整模头出料。

5、计量泵系统采用JC高精密设计，具有自动补偿功效，使模头出料更稳定。

6、温度控制采用台湾SSR系统，控温差为正负1℃，可**控制塑化过程及板材厚薄，平整性。

7、压纹台可自行升降，在片材厚薄及宽度操作过程中提供更多选择性，提高片材品质。

8、成形辊、冷却辊均为双回路冷却系统，配合微电脑模温控制机**控制辊面温度，使板材平整、厚薄均匀。

9、风刀装置采用台湾进口风刀，配合高压力风机，使片材更容易粘轮，产量更高产品更透明。

10、收卷台装置采用三菱伺服马达，和日本三菱自动张力控制器，能随意调整速度及卷收张力以达到片材卷收平整和松紧度适中，配合双轴自动换卷功能及分条装置，可自由设定所需产品宽度，并配有自动计数器，可通过换算设定产品重量。

11、薄膜边料直接在线回收，大大降低生产成本。

12、电器控制箱采用**合乎安全CE标准的配件，不占空间的设计，操作方式简单方便。

1. The sturdy extruder is equipped with forward and backward moving device ,automatic feeding，so that enhances flexibility in operation control.

2. Screw made with special mixing function and high plasticizing design to have better plasticization ,even coloring and high extruding capacity.

4、Automatic T-die matching thickness gauge can be selected to on-line automatic detection of film thickness, automatic adjustment of die material.

5. JC metering pump system uses high-precision design, with automatic compensation function, so that the die material is more stable.

6, Temperature control uses TAIWAN SSR system with a tolerance of 1 ℃,precise control on plasticizing process ,sheet thickness and flatness.

7,Changeable emboss table height , more selective process in sheet thickness and width of the operation, improve sheet quality.

8, Embossing roller and  cooling roller are both double - loop cooling system, which can be used to accurately control the temperature of the roller surface with the microcomputer model temperature control machine, so that the film is flatness and uniform.

9, Air knife adopts imported high-end air knife from Taiwan to integrate with high pressure blower, making the film more sticky to the wheel and having higher output ,product with higher transparency.

10, Winder adopts Mitsubishi servo motor and Japan's Mitsubishi automatic tension controller .It is convenient to have speed regulation and winding tension ,achieving good winding flatness and proper winding tension .With the dual air shafts automatic reel changeover function , slitting device and auto counter,the width of products can be set arbitrarily and the weight of products can be calculated .

11, The film side material is recycled directly online,so that the cost can be reduced greatly.

3、产品用途：Applications of products：

CPP的当前用途包括：服装、针织品和花卉包装袋、文件和相册薄膜、食品包装及适用于阻隔包装和装饰的金属化薄膜。    

潜在用途则包括：泡罩包装（代替PVC）、食品外包装、糖果外包装（扭结膜）、药品包装（输液袋）、在相册、文件夹和文件等领域代替PVC、合成纸、不干胶带、报告封面、名片夹、圆环文件夹以及站立袋复合材料。具体规格可以根据客户要求加工订做。

The current applications of CPP include: clothing, knitwear and flower packaging bags, paper and album films, food packaging, and metallized films suitable for barrier packaging and decoration.

Potential applications include: Blister packaging (instead of PVC), food packaging, candy packaging(twisted film) , pharmaceutical packaging (infusion bag), on the album, folders and files and other fields instead of PVC, synthetic paper, adhesive tape, report cover, name card clip, ring folder and stand bag composite material.
