System Highlights:

根据负荷需求，将钻机一部分柴油机（1-2台）替换为同等数量的直流电动机组（1-2台，单台电动机功率为800-1200kW）以驱动链条或皮带传动装置，并留一台柴油机作为备用。

产品主要由四部分组成：高/低压动力房、低压直流调速房、直流电动机组及司钻操作箱。

将高压电通过高/低压动力房引入，并转换成600/400V低压电，其中一路供给原MCC系统、井场办公区、生活区等各单元，另外一路供给低压直流调速房，通过司钻操作箱和直流传动柜实现对直流电动机组的调速操作，进而代替柴油机为钻井作业提供动力。同时，为了使井场用电质量达到国家规定，节约电费，配置了国内**进的有源无功补偿及谐波抑制装置。

Based on the load requirements, our DC Motor Group (1 to 2 units, each with power output rated at 800 – 1200kW) can replace a portion of the diesel generator sets (1 to 2 units), so to drive the mechanical chains or belts on drilling equipment.  Out of reliability and redundancy consideration, you could choose to spare one set of the stand-by generator as a backup.

This system mainly consists of the following four units: high voltage to low voltage power conversion unit, low voltage DC speed adjustment unit, DC motor group and driller’s control box.

After passing through the high voltage to low voltage power conversion unit, high voltage power is converted into 600/400V low power. One part of the power is delivered to the MCC system, drilling site office, lodging area etc. The rest is delivered to the low voltage DC speed adjustment unit, then driller control box and DC speed adjustment unit so to realize the motor group speed control function.    In addition, this system not only uses the most advanced active reaction power compensation technology (SVG) in current domestic market, which makes our products stable and reliable, but also ensures to achieve the highest quality electricity utilization, reduce overall power consumption.
