CGM-2001型百强牌高强无收缩灌浆料与传统的细石混凝土及环氧化砂浆相比，具有流动性更好、强度更高、耐老化、耐高温、高抗渗、防蜕变、无收缩、膨胀性好、施工易于控制、简便快捷等特点。其1天强度大于20MPa，3天强度大于30Mpa设备安装后72小时可试机运转，28天强度达到60-80MPa，本品均达到灌浆材料行业标准及国家标准。

 

   CGM-2002型高强无收缩灌浆料具有半天强度更高的特点， 1天强度可达30Mpa,主要用于快速抢修或更换设备的基础灌浆,创造极大的经济效益。GM-2002型具有**、高强等特点， 1-2天设备安装完毕后可运行生产。自流态大,现场只需加水搅拌后即可进行施工，不需振捣便可充填全部间隙。微膨胀:以保证灌浆料与基础紧密接触。耐久性200万次疲劳实验，50次冻融循环试验，强度无明显变化。抗油渗:在机油中浸泡30天后其强度比浸油前提高10%以上。

二、加水量一般应按随货提供的产品出厂合格证上的推荐用水量加入，一般为用水量的13-15%，该产品不需振捣、灌注施工完成后,终凝以后开始进行洒水养护.养护期4-7天。本品使用机械搅拌机械搅拌不低于3分钟、人工搅拌不少于4-5分钟，每2200 公斤高强无收缩灌浆料为1立方。
