我们的加工生产工序：

                 原材料通过合格供方评定此钢材的材质单评定，然后将原材料经过质检科检验，合格后原料经过酸洗磷化处理，然后将原材料拔丝（拔料机加工），（热锻需磕断成加工的长度后进行深加工），使用千分尺测量拔丝直径。合格后进行冷镦（热锻）成品试验，生产出来的产品由生产部安排，技术工操作机器，将试验生产出来成品进行组批检测，质量合格，规格达标，全力投入大批量生产，（高强度成品通过热处理调质成要求的级别，每吨货需要5个小时的热处理，由班组自检负责，）经过处理之后的产品开始硬度全数分选检验，有相关的测验系数（硬度、抗拉强度、抗扭强度、伸长率、断后伸长率等）之后就开始楔负载，表面处理（发黑、镀锌、达克罗、久美特、镀镍、环保镀锌等）**需要组批测试八十套成品记录检验数据，由质监局出具合格检验报告，合格后包装，包装附带产品合格证，材质检验报告，使用产品简介。以及客户需要的相同其他产品的详细使用资料我们都会附上！谢谢！
