1.管子的弯曲:
</p>
<p style="margin-top:0px;padding:0px;">
(1)DW≤219的管子尽可能采用冷弯;
</p>
<p style="margin-top:0px;padding:0px;">
(2)铜管在弯曲前弯曲部位须进行退火处理。
</p>
<p style="margin-top:0px;padding:0px;">
(3)DW>219时采用预制弯头。如没有顶制弯头的任意角可采用虾节弯。
</p>
<p style="margin-top:0px;padding:0px;">
2.管子的弯曲半径:
</p>
<p style="margin-top:0px;padding:0px;">
(1)pp管管子(钢管和铜管)的弯曲半径一般约取3倍外径钢管的弯模半径，即取≈3D。
</p>
<p style="margin-top:0px;padding:0px;">
(2)在船上空间位置比较小的情况下适当降低弯管半径。
</p>
<p style="margin-top:0px;padding:0px;">
(3)油舱加热盘管按布置情况，必要时可采用2.5倍D左右的弯曲半径。(D=管子外径)
</p>
<p style="margin-top:0px;padding:0px;">
(4)当弯曲半径小于3D时，并结合本厂弯管设各的实际情况，亦可采用预制弯头，预制弯头半径一般取1倍DN(DN=管子通径)。

(5)对于低压力的大管如废气管可允许采取虾节弯。
</p>

(6)对于低压力的大管弯头(大于450mm)允许对半焊接成形。

(1)弯曲处的外观质量:
</p>
<p style="margin-top:0px;padding:0px;">
管壁不应有擦伤沟槽和碰撞形成的明显凹陷，管子弯曲处不得有裂纹、结疤、烧伤、折皱、分层等缺陷存在，如有上述缺陷，应完全清除，被清除的部位壁厚的减薄，应在壁厚减薄率的允许范围内，否则作报废处理。[2]

(3)管壁折皱高度:
</p>

pp管管子弯曲后允许有均匀折皱存在，但折皱高度一般不得超过3%的管子外径，**极限不超过5%。

(4)管子收缩率:≤5%。

FRPP管（玻纤增强聚丙烯管）用玻璃纤维改性聚丙烯材料生产，将经过改进的玻纤添加到PP树脂中，使管材的物理性能更加稳定。依据HG20539-92标准，规格De25-De1200mm，公称压力0.4-1.0MPa，适用于腐蚀性液体输送（如酸碱液）及市政给排水系统。

5.可靠的连接性能，吉庆FRPP管热熔接口的强度高于管材本体，接缝不会由于土壤移动或载荷的作用而断开；
